About 'healthy beverages'|The Vitamin Water Deception – exposes truth behind this non-healthy beverage








               A               number               of               years               back,               I               was               in               search               of               some               healthy               alternatives               to               soda.

As               a               fervent               soft               drink               freak,               I               would               have               sometimes               my               own               six               pack               daily.

Recognizing               the               problem,               I               began               to               look               for               healthy               alternative               beverages               that               would               be               less               glycemic               and               carry               more               nutrition               as               well.

Although,               soft               drinks               were               more               entertaining               to               me,               these               alternatives               listed               below               grew               on               me               so               much               that               soda               is               a               thing               of               the               past               for               me.
               Iced               Herbal               Tea
               I               now               love               a               good               glass               of               iced               tea,               be               it               the               green               variety,               black               or               other               types               that               have               some               added               natural               ingredients               like               cinnamon,               or               other               spices               made               by               Celestial               Seasonings               for               instance.

The               variety               from               Celestial               Seasonings               makes               iced               tea               easy               and               tasty               to               prepare,               however               there               are               countless               varieties               of               herbal               tea               to               choose               from,               and               numerous               brands               as               well.

Many               of               them               are               great               over               ice.
               Almond               Milk
               Almond               milk               is               a               great               replacer               for               soda.

I               drink               it               daily               and               find               that               it's               satisfying               and               delicious.

I               drink               this               beverage               hot,               or               iced               and               find               that               it's               fabulous               either               way.

Adding               your               favorite               chocolate               syrup,               or               other               flavored               syrups               like               coconut,               or               mint               work               well               too.

Try               adding               some               Chai               tea               for               an               added               boost               of               wakefulness.
               Fruit               Smoothies
               Smoothies               are               a               favorite               for               just               about               every               age.

Just               freeze               some               fruit               like               bananas,               strawberries,               blueberries,               raspberries               to               start.

Then               add               those               to               your               blender               with               your               favorite               dairy,               or               non-dairy               milk               or               juice               beverage.

The               frozen               fruit               will               assist               in               creating               a               thicker               texture               to               your               smoothie               for               that               pleasant               dessert               drink               feature               that               everyone               likes.
               Kombucha
               You               can               find               this               yeast               fermented               drink               in               a               wide               variety               of               flavors               that,               depending               on               the               brand               name               are               fabulous               over               ice.

As               a               fermented               drink               the               healthy               aspect               of               this               beverage               makes               it               good               choice               for               drinking               a               couple               of               times               daily.

If               you               have               any               sensitivities               or               intolerance               to               yeast               and               yeast               products,               you'll               need               to               beware               of               this               beverage.

I               have               yeast               intolerances               and               found               my               digestive               system               quite               uncomfortable               after               drinking               this.

However,               it               is               a               healthy               beverage               and               can               be               nourishing               to               those               who               have               no               yeast               allergies.
